At Atkinson Eyecare, we believe strongly in giving back to the community and caring for the eyes of all those in need. Outreach programs represent an opportunity to show the community the level of commitment our optometrists have to their community. The staff also plays an important role in community outreach.
Here’s how Atkinson Eyecare is giving back to the community!
During the month of October we promised to donate $10 for every eyeglasses purchase to the Family Health Partnership of McHenry County Breast Cancer Fund. We are proud to announce that we sold 52 pairs of frames in October and we have donated $520 to this important cause. Thanks to all who are patients who purchased glasses in October.
Who is The Family Health Partnership and What is Our Mission?
The Family Health Partnership Clinic will improve the health status of the community and reduce the negative impact of poor access to care by providing a broad spectrum of services to the under served with compassion and respect. We recognize that as a community, we are responsible for each other.
